Rice and Onion Cabbage Rolls

  • Place frozen cabbage rolls in a single layer in a covered casserole.

  • Add liquid half way up the cabbage rolls, (I like to use chicken broth, you can also use tomato juice and water).

  • Place in the oven and cook at 325 F for 2 ½ hours.

  • Watch they do not burn as you may have to add more liquid, if too much is added at the beginning the rice will get mushy.
